1) Are you able to recognize the ways depression or anxiety express themselves in your life? What are the symptoms that you are experiencing?
2) What do you do to combat anxiety or depression once you realize what is happening? Are these things working?
3) How do you encounter God when you are in the midst of depression or anxiety? Do you pray more, find hopeful psalms, dig into community, find joy in nature?
4) What is one thing you can add to your toolbox to continue to allow God to work through these hard moments? (Picking out scripture before having bouts of anxiety/depression, having go to friends for support, creating a mantra, memorizing a Bible verse?)
